HOW TO USE:
Apply a thin layer of color to one eyelid at a time, blending gently with your finger or brush by patting lightly. Note: The color dries very quickly—within seconds—so blend immediately. If adjustments are needed, use a damp finger or brush. For a light, natural look, apply a thin layer; for a bolder, festive look, use a thicker layer. If you wish to apply a second layer, wait until the first layer has fully dried.
